Great explanation, thank you so much! ❤ You've mentioned how much time to keep the finally shaped loaf prior to putting it into the fridge in the winter but what about summer time? I usually put mine into the fridge straight after the final shaping and I can hardly ever get any oven spring. How to determine when the dough is ready to go into the fridge? Thanks❤

i got a hybrid from parkseed called aspara broc and its a sprouting broccoli and i love it! it gives u LOTS of broccoli but not at once so plant about 5 or more plants so u cant harvest a little bit from each to make enough for stir fry and you will get batches continuing from late winter through late spring!

You should look at growing and using comfrey as fertilizer and more. It kick starts compost, is an excellent natural healer and so much more. You can cut and throw in garden beds as is like leaf cover and naturally decay or you can make compost tea with it and use as liquid fertilizer. One of the best I have encountered.

I’ve been wanting to plant seeds in fall/winter instead of spring. How late did you sow to make sure they didn’t start germinating until spring? What other veggies do you personally sow in the previous fall?

Ive had bad experiences with many vegetables. Like greeens, spinach and the such literally cause dry heaves just smelling it, nautious. Anyone else experience similiar? A nutritionists told me to try taking Pancreatin, where itd need to build up and a quality source is necessary. Other veggies just been distasteful, but like greenbeans, some have fixed where theyre not mushy, then seasoned with better good veggies like tomatoe, onion sauce can be good ate in good company. Now again, theres bellpepper, celery, onion, garlic which are good veggies that makes everything good. But anyone else have literal averse physical reactions to green leafy vegetables, where your face flushes, rear saliva glands start free flowing, throat tightens, stomach literally knots up, then the smell causes dry heaves? I bought the pancreatin, held onto it until I could commit to taking it regularly, but couldnt follow through as outsidera tampered with it opening both seals, where Im the only one ever to supposed to be in my home, so thats been put on the back burner, where then it was Twin Lab, as Twin Lab was reliable then. Id appreciate anyone with feedback and input. As its a physical reaction, not a child issue like Oh I hate vegetables. But I always wanted to eat green leafy veggies as theyre good for ya, or for other people, they make me sick. Just a note, I can eat fresh spinach as in salads, but cooked, uh, its rough.

I stared them indoors and they got leggy. After transplanting them outside they were mauled by caterpillars. They're still hanging on but no where near being able to harvest. I'm surprised yours have grown so big already. I'm in zone 9 and they're struggling.

What she doesn't tell you is that Spain being the biggest producer of olive oil is also the biggest exporter and guess what, Italy buys a lot of it to bottle it in Italy and pass it for italian olive oil. Make sure to check the labels which say "Made from oils harvested in EU" or soemthing like that.
